Here you can order a return slip for use when you want to send your order back to us. You will receive your return slip via e-mail within 1 business day.
You hand in your return to your nearest DHL drop point.
Please note that the return right does not apply to products where the outer packaging is not intact. It generally applies to all beauty products that hygiene rules mean that products with non intact packaging cannot be returned.
