1. Orders

1.1 Payment options

1.2 Order processing

Once you have placed an order in the webshop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation via email. The email contains a package number so you can track your package. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for you to track your package. You can also track your order status via My Account.

1.3 Changing of order

It is not possible to change an already placed order, but in some cases we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order. See cancellation below.

1.4 Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone on +45 61276128 within 1 hour of placing the order. We do our best to accommodate your cancellation, but it is not possible to change or cancel an order after the order has been processed in our warehouse.

1.5 Secure online payment

SWAE understands how important security is to our customers. When you order in SWAE's webshop, your information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced online security technology to date. You can be sure that your order and your personal information are handled securely.

2. Delivery

Delivery area We currently deliver to:
- Denmark, Sweden and Finland*

* exceptions apply. We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is to difficult for us to deliver to your country or specific location.

We do not currently have the ability to handle billing or delivery addresses outside of these countries.

2.2 Delivery to parcel shop

Packages are delivered with DHL. The package is delivered to a DHL pick-up point, where you pick it up yourself. It is currently not possible to deliver to your home or business address.

2.3 Delivery time

Most packages are shipped within 1-2 days work days after order placement. Shipping time depends on your delivery country.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns

We offer you a 20-day returns right when you shop at SWAE.

A return is associated with a cost for you of 17 EUR for a return package label.

The returns right does not apply to sealed goods which, which for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example creams, lip glosses and hygiene products. For these goods, the returns right only applies if the original packaging is unbroken.

The cancellation period expires 20 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline counts from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 20 days from receipt to let us know that you have regretted your purchase. You do this by clicking on the link below to our Returns Form. If the link does not work, please contact us via the menu item "Contact" and state the order number, as well as the reason for the return.

3.2 Procedure for returns
  1. Buy a return label * in the SWAE webshop by clicking link below. Return label costs 17 EUR. IMPORTANT write in the comment field under check out the order number of the order that contained the items you want to return.
  2. Within 1 working day, we electronically send a package label as a PDF to the email address you used when placing the order.
  3. Fix the package label on the return package so that it fits snugly. Either with wide clear tape or in a plastic pocket. Text and barcode must be clearly visible.
  4. Deliver the package to your nearest DHL parcel shop.

3.3 Returns refund

We will refund payments received from you in connection with the purchase, excluding delivery costs.

We will automatically refund the money to the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund is usually made within 10 working days of your returned item being received.

4. Claims

4.1 Is your item damaged?

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act.

You must submit your claim within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the damage. For beauty products, this is typically within 1-2 uses of the product after opening.

If your claim is justified, it means that after you return the product, you can either get the item exchanged or the money back.

4.2 Procedure for claims
  1. Buy a return label * in the SWAE webshop by clicking linke below. Return label costs 17 EUR but will be refunded later if the complaint is approved. IMPORTANT write in the comment field under check out the order number of the order that contained the items, and the reason you want to submit a claim.
  2. Within 3 working days, we electronically send a package label as a PDF to the email address you used when placing the order.
  3. Apply the package label to the return package so that it fits snugly. Either with wide clear tape or in a plastic pocket. Text and barcode must be clearly visible.
  4. Deliver the package to your nearest DHL parcel shop.
